Osan Japanese Restaurant is a family owned and operated business by husband and wife Byoung Oh and Sook Yi. We opened the winter of 2016 to serve authentic Japanese and Korean cuisine. Formerly known as the Worst Sushi Restaurant, we made the decision to re-brand and re-locate to historic downtown Fredericksburg to be in the heart of the community. The Worst Sushi was established in 2009 on Route 17, and found success through quality food and service.
With Chef Oh's 30+ years of experience, Osan continues to provide the same excellence in a new establishment for a revamped dining experience.
